How it works

Choose Style & Package. Choose from one of our 6 styles of gardens, and select items you would like to incorporate into your garden.
02.
Upload photos & Questionnaire. Fill out our questionaire and send it, along with a couple photos of your property and the areas you would like landscaped.
03.
Design & Plan. We will use your provided info to create a garden to fit to your liking and needs. The design renderings will be sent for you to review along with a free revision if necessary.
04.
Site Walk & Adjustments. Meet with one of our crew leaders to do a site walk and make any in-the-field decisions seen fit. Our team is happy to make design adjustments based on these decisions.
05.
Build. Our build team is there for you throughout the renovation. Construction takes on average 4 to 8 days.

How do I get started with CGC?
Your CGC experience starts by filing out the design questionnaire here. Then taking some photos of your yard and sending them to hello@claytonsgardencrafters.com .
How long does the design process take?
As soon as you email us, the team will get started on your design. You’ll get your first draft of your design within 10 days and then collaborate with your designer if a revision is needed. It’ll be another few days to incorporate your feedback and deliver your final design.

How long does the build process take?
Time line can vary depending on the size of the project. Projects average 4 days for just the front or back yard, and 8 days for both front and back.

How much will it cost to install my design?

We proudly offer fixed pricing on all our garden designs, ensuring that the quote you receive upfront is precisely what you will pay, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
