13. Are there any areas in your garden that need privacy screening?  And if so, how tall would you like the screen to be at mature height. (e.g., hedging from neighbors, hiding an air conditioning unit)

14. Do you know what type of soil your yard primarily has? (e.g., Loam, Clay, Rock, Silt, Sand)

15. Are there any elements that you definitely do not want in your garden?

16. Does your yard need hardscape and other elements not associated to garden installation.  (We have a vast referral network)

17. Do you have any children or pets that would be using the garden for play?

18. List the top current problems/issues with the site which you would like the redesign to address or correct.

19. Is there access to an electrical outlet on the outside of your home that we can use?

20. Do you know of any electric, septic, irrigation, drain or other buried lines or objects that won’t be located by digger’s hotline?

21. Is on-street parking for a truck and trailer difficult in your neighborhood?

22. Are there parking restrictions in your neighborhood?

23. May we leave tools and equipment in your garage, backyard, or other storage area over night?

24. Are you planning any other projects at your home and could there be other contractors present while we are on site?  If so, please describe.

25. Are there any unusual considerations we should be aware of, or anything special that needs to be taken into account during construction?

31. What level of maintenance are you comfortable with for your garden? High (6 hours + per month), Medium (3 - 6 hours + per month), Low (1-3 hours per month), (e.g., hedging, hand watering, monthly trimming, weeding)
